First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study looks at how a brain region called the cerebellum influences social abilities and executive functions (like planning and flexibility) in young adults with and without autism. Researchers will use a non-invasive brain stimulation technique and brain scans to measure changes. The goal is to better understand the brain circuits involved in autism, not to treat it.
