First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how a brain area called the cerebellum influences social and thinking abilities in young adults with and without autism. Researchers will use a gentle brain stimulation technique and brain scans to see how it changes these skills. The goal is to better understand the brain's role in autism, not to treat it directly. Participants must be 18-35, right-handed, native English speakers, and live near Washington, DC.
