Tracking a bone infection 'Cement' in real patients

Summary
This study is collecting information on how well a medical device called CERAMENT G works in everyday practice for treating serious bone infections. It will follow about 100 adult patients who receive the device as part of their normal treatment for conditions like chronic bone infection or infection after a fracture. The main goal is to monitor the device's safety and see how well it helps bones heal and controls infection over three years.
