First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests cenobamate, an approved seizure drug, when used alone in adults with newly diagnosed or recurrent partial-onset epilepsy. About 49 participants will take either 100 mg or 200 mg daily to see if they become seizure-free for 26 weeks. The goal is to gather more data on how well cenobamate works as a standalone treatment.
