Summary
This study tests a new device that uses electrical pulses to treat atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) while patients are already having heart surgery for other reasons. About 135 adults aged 18 to 85 with a history of atrial fibrillation will take part. The goal is to see if the device can safely restore a normal heart rhythm without causing serious side effects.
