Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether tiny particles derived from umbilical cord cells, injected into the spinal fluid, are safe for people with syringomyelia. The trial will enroll 18 adults who still have spinal cord symptoms despite previous treatment or natural improvement of their condition. Researchers will give different doses to small groups of participants to find the safest amount.
