New hope: boosting the Body's own cells to fight tough ovarian cancer

NCT ID NCT06710288

Summary

This study is testing a three-part treatment for women whose ovarian cancer has returned and stopped responding to standard platinum-based chemotherapy. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, grow and activate them in a lab, and then infuse them back alongside two other drugs (N-803 and gemcitabine) to try to control the cancer. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can help stop the cancer from growing, shrink tumors, and help patients live longer.
