Summary

This study is testing whether injections of secretions from special cells can safely improve muscle strength and body composition in adults aged 60-80 who have both obesity and muscle weakness. Participants receive injections twice a week for four weeks and are monitored for safety and changes in walking speed, grip strength, and body fat/muscle ratio. The goal is to find a treatment to help control age-related muscle decline.
