Summary

This pilot study is testing a mobile health program designed to help adolescents and young adults (ages 15-20) with chronic health conditions take their daily medications as prescribed. The study will enroll 35 participants from Children's Hospital Los Angeles to see if the program is easy to use and whether it improves medication adherence. The goal is to finalize the intervention for a future larger trial.
