NCT ID NCT01116648
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, cediranib and olaparib, in 155 people whose ovarian, fallopian tube, peritoneal, or triple-negative breast cancer had come back. The goal was to see if the combo was safe and worked better than olaparib alone at slowing cancer growth. The approach targets cancer cells and their blood supply, but does not offer a cure.
