Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called CEA-PRIT 2.0 for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard therapies. The treatment uses a two-step process to deliver a radioactive particle directly to cancer cells, aiming to control the disease. About 180 participants will be enrolled to evaluate safety, dosing, and how well the therapy works.
