Life after CDH: new study reveals how kids really feel
NCT ID NCT07432672
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at the quality of daily life in children aged 5 to 18 who were born with a rare hole in their diaphragm (congenital diaphragmatic hernia). Researchers asked the children, their parents, and siblings to fill out a questionnaire about physical and emotional well-being, friendships, and school life. The goal was to understand how these children are doing long-term, not to test a new treatment.
