Summary
This study tests a new medicine called CDE100 to see if it safely reduces pain from menstrual cramps in women with primary dysmenorrhea. About 238 women aged 16 to 35 with regular periods and a history of moderate to severe cramps will take part. The trial compares CDE100 to a placebo using a crossover design, meaning each participant will receive both treatments at different times.
