Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called CD5CAR-NK cells for people with serious mold infections that haven't responded to standard antifungal drugs. The study will include 10 adults and aims to check if the treatment is safe and tolerable. It uses specially designed immune cells from donors to fight the infection.
