Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called CD5CAR-NK cells for people with serious mold infections that haven't improved with standard antifungal drugs. The treatment uses specially designed immune cells from donors to attack the infection. The study will include 10 adults and focuses on safety, with different doses tested in small groups.
