Turning Patients' own cells against a rare and aggressive cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called CD4CAR for adults and teens with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, genetically engineer them in a lab to target cancer cells, and then infuse them back. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the treatment is feasible to make.
