Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma who cannot tolerate intensive chemotherapy. Patients receive a single infusion of their own immune cells (CAR-T cells) that have been modified to target cancer cells. The study will monitor safety and how well the treatment works over three years.
