New telehealth program aims to ease financial burden for pediatric cancer families

Summary
This study tested a telehealth program called CC Links-Telehealth to help pediatric cancer patients and their caregivers reduce financial stress. The program provided education and support to improve understanding of health insurance and medical bills, and helped connect families with financial resources. 124 participants took part, and the study measured how acceptable and helpful the program was, as well as its impact on financial worry and quality of life.
