Summary
This study tests a short psychoeducation program based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for elderly people living in nursing homes. The goal is to see if it can improve their ability to think flexibly and reduce repetitive negative thoughts (rumination). Thirty-eight participants aged 65 and older will take part. The program involves group sessions designed to teach practical thinking skills.
