Summary

This study compares a home-based, tailored sleep therapy (CBT-I) with a web-based version to help caregivers of children with autism who have insomnia. About 80 caregivers will participate to see which approach is more acceptable and feasible. The goal is to improve sleep and reduce caregiver burden.
