Sleep therapy may ease psychosis in Treatment-Resistant patients

Summary

This study tests if a type of talk therapy focused on sleep (CBT-I) can help people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia who also have long-term sleep problems. 60 participants will receive either CBT-I or standard therapy for 8-10 sessions. The goal is to see if better sleep reduces psychotic symptoms and improves quality of life.
