Summary

This study is testing whether a specially adapted form of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) can help people who experience multiple episodes of major depression. Researchers will work with 80 participants to teach them skills to manage their depression and anxiety, improve their quality of life, and prevent future episodes. The therapy focuses on changing unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and building long-term coping strategies.
