Summary

This study adapts cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for young people in Pakistan who show early signs of psychosis risk. Researchers will enroll 90 participants aged 16-35 to see if the therapy is feasible and acceptable in a low-income country. The goal is to create a culturally relevant treatment that could delay or prevent serious mental illness.
