Summary
This study tested two online group therapy programs for chronic procrastination in university students. Both programs used cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to change unhelpful thoughts, but one focused on planning and the other on limiting work time. Brain scans (fMRI and EEG) were done before and after therapy to see how the brain changes. The goal was to reduce procrastination and improve mood.
