Phone addiction treatment tested in hospital patients

Summary

This study looks at whether cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can help hospitalized mental health patients reduce their dependence on mobile phones and improve anxiety and sleep. About 140 participants will be randomly assigned to receive CBT or standard care. The main goal is to see if phone addiction scores drop after the therapy sessions.
