Summary

This study is testing whether a psychologist-guided physical activity program is practical and helpful for adults experiencing severe stress-related exhaustion (burnout). About 20 participants will try a program that combines talk therapy techniques with gradual, personalized exercise plans over 5-6 sessions. The main goal is to see if the program is easy to follow, safe, and well-liked by participants and therapists, not to prove it works yet.
