Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 400 adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia called core binding factor (CBF) leukemia. Researchers wanted to see how well current treatments work and what factors affect outcomes, such as genetic mutations and signs of leftover disease. The goal is to improve future treatment plans.
