Summary

This study looked back at the medical records of 400 adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia called core binding factor (CBF) leukemia. The goal was to see how well current treatments work and to find factors that affect outcomes, such as genetic mutations and how doctors monitor for remaining cancer cells. The results will help doctors refine treatment plans for future patients.
