Cannabis-Derived drug tested for brain symptoms in rare genetic disorder

Summary
This study is checking if adding the prescription CBD medication Epidiolex to existing anti-seizure drugs helps improve behavior problems, sleep, and quality of life in people with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). It will include up to 79 participants, aged 1 to 65, who have TSC and moderate to severe behavioral issues alongside their seizures. Researchers will track changes in behavior, sleep, family impact, and seizure frequency over time.
