MIT tests CBD's power to calm social anxiety

Summary
This study is testing whether a single dose of CBD (cannabidiol) can reduce anxiety in people with social anxiety disorder. Researchers will give 50 participants either CBD or a placebo before putting them through a standard social stress test. They'll measure anxiety levels through questionnaires, saliva tests, and brain scans to see if CBD helps.
