CBD tested as new option for Hard-to-Control seizures
NCT ID NCT07233239
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a cannabidiol (CBD) oral solution can help reduce focal-onset seizures in people aged 12-75 who are already taking seizure medications. Researchers will measure how much the CBD reduces seizure frequency compared to before treatment and closely monitor safety. The study aims to see if this CBD formulation could become another treatment option for this type of epilepsy.
