Can CBD make you a worse driver? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT06686914
Summary
This study aims to understand how over-the-counter CBD affects a person's ability to drive safely. Researchers will recruit 300 healthy adults aged 18-30 to use a driving simulator and take cognitive tests after taking different doses of CBD. The goal is to see if CBD causes drowsiness, slows reaction times, or impairs driving performance, and whether effects differ between men and women.
