Summary

This study tests whether adding dexmedetomidine or tramadol to standard paracetamol can reduce bladder discomfort caused by urinary catheters after kidney stone surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients feel bladder discomfort and how severe it is during the first 24 hours after surgery.
