Heart procedure trial aims to cut stroke risk without triggering new brain bleeds

NCT ID NCT07316270

Summary

This study is for people who have both an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) and have survived a brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage). It compares a heart procedure called catheter ablation against standard care. The goal is to see if the procedure safely reduces the risk of future strokes and death without increasing the chance of another dangerous brain bleed.
