Heart procedure tested as First-Line treatment for irregular heartbeat

NCT ID NCT07092774

Summary

This study is looking at the real-world safety and effectiveness of a specific heart catheter used in a procedure called ablation. The procedure is being studied as the first treatment for people with a type of irregular heartbeat called paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, who have not yet tried rhythm-control medications. Researchers are analyzing data from 344 patients to see how well the procedure works and how safe it is over time.
