New eye gel shows promise in cataract surgery safety

Summary
This study tested a new gel (Healon EndoCoat) used during cataract surgery to protect the eye and control pressure. 165 adults with cataracts in both eyes participated. The gel was found to be as safe and effective as the standard gel, helping maintain eye health during the procedure.
