Skipping bone realignment for wrist breaks in seniors may be just as good

Summary
This study looks at whether putting a cast on a broken wrist without first straightening the bone works as well as the usual method of straightening it first. About 532 people aged 65 and older with a low-energy wrist fracture will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The main goal is to see if there is any difference in wrist pain and function one year after the injury.
