Gentle casts tested to ease walking for kids with cerebral palsy

NCT ID NCT07338162

Summary

This study tested if a series of gentle leg casts could help children with spastic cerebral palsy who have tight calf muscles and foot deformities. It involved 40 children aged 3 to 12 to see if the casts could improve ankle movement, reduce muscle tightness, and help with walking. The goal was to find a non-invasive way to manage these common symptoms.
