Does early help for moms boost Kids' brains years later?
NCT ID NCT07432971
Summary
This study followed up on children in Bangladesh to see if a program from their infancy had lasting effects. The original program gave some mothers parenting guidance along with small cash payments, while others received only cash. Researchers checked years later, when the children were 6-9 years old, to measure their IQ, school performance, and their mothers' well-being to see if the early support made a difference.
