Radiofrequency tool may improve nose shape and breathing

Summary
This study tests a low-temperature radiofrequency device to reshape cartilage during nose surgery. About 20 adults having functional or cosmetic septorhinoplasty will take part. Researchers will measure how well the device works, patient breathing scores, and cosmetic results. The goal is to see if this method improves outcomes compared to standard techniques.
