Summary
This study compares two injection treatments—cortisone and saline—for people with carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition causing wrist pain and numbness. About 90 adults will receive one of the injections plus exercise therapy. Researchers will measure nerve function, pain, and wrist ultrasound images to see which treatment works better.
