Summary
This study compares two ways to treat carpal tunnel syndrome, which causes hand numbness and pain. One group gets up to two steroid injections first, then surgery if needed. The other group goes straight to surgery. Researchers will track 258 adults for two years to see which approach provides better symptom relief.
