Summary

This study compares two common physical therapy treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: paraffin wax therapy and shockwave therapy. Researchers will measure how each treatment affects nerve thickness, pain levels, and quality of life in 60 patients. The goal is to understand which approach provides better symptom relief for this common hand condition.
