Summary

This study tests whether adding nerve or bone mobilization exercises to standard wrist splinting improves symptoms and nerve health in people with mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 93 adults will receive either splinting alone or splinting plus one of two manual therapy techniques for four weeks. Researchers will measure pain, function, and nerve changes using questionnaires and ultrasound.
