Summary
This study tested a simple self-stretching technique for the wrist ligament in people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 36 adults were split into two groups: one did the special stretch plus usual physical therapy, the other did only usual therapy. After 6 weeks, researchers measured pain and hand function using standard questionnaires.
