Hand exercises plus pills beat pills alone for wrist pain?
NCT ID NCT06778798
Summary
This study tested if combining a specific hand and nerve stretching exercise with a pain medication (gabapentin) works better for reducing carpal tunnel pain than just taking the medication by itself. It involved 72 adults diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers randomly split participants into two groups to compare the two treatment approaches.
