Summary

This study compared three ways to reduce pain in people with carpal tunnel syndrome: a hands-on physiotherapy technique, taking ibuprofen pain medication, or receiving no treatment. Researchers measured how much pain decreased and if hand function improved. The goal was to see which approach worked best for symptom relief.
