Summary

This study tested whether physiotherapy, ibuprofen arginine, or gabapentin reduces pain and improves hand function better than no treatment in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. 196 adults with confirmed carpal tunnel took part. Pain was measured using a simple 0-10 scale, and hand function was assessed with a questionnaire.
