Summary

This study tested two types of injections for people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Thirty adults received either a sugar-water (5% dextrose) or a steroid (betamethasone) shot, guided by ultrasound. The goal was to see which one better reduced pain and symptoms like numbness and tingling.
