Summary
This study is testing a new, streamlined care process called the Carpal Tunnel Plus Pathway. It aims to see if this approach reduces wait times between doctor visits, tests, and surgery for people with carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will compare wait times before and after the new process starts and ask 200 participants to complete a short satisfaction survey.
