New device aims to zap small lung tumors safely

Summary

This study is testing a new device called CAROL to see if it is safe for treating small lung tumors (2 cm or less) in people with non-small cell lung cancer. The device is placed near the tumor during a procedure, and doctors will monitor for side effects for one month. Only 7 people will take part in this early safety trial.
