Summary

This study is testing whether a 16-hour training program helps staff and caregivers better support adults with developmental disabilities who also have mental health conditions. The research team will measure changes in caregivers' knowledge and attitudes before and after the training. The goal is to understand if this training improves how caregivers manage challenging behaviors.
